Nicola streams live classes from her own home to her participants’ homes.
Mixed ability. Firm favourite, blending Astanga “Power” Yoga & more relaxing elements of Hatha. Strengthens the body, increases flexibility, improves posture, & calms the mind.
Yin & Chill
Mixed Ability. Pranayama (breath work), Yin Yoga, which is a gentle, slow, passive style, mostly based on the floor, and Guided Meditation.
Improver/Intermediate. Invigorating practise, following the Primary Series.
Mixed Ability. Short, sharp mix of full body conditioning & toning exercise, complete with the odd cardio blast, thrown in to fire up the metabolism.
A low impact, total body workout that re-balances & tones the body. Ideal for those who are keen to prevent or rehab sports or over-use injuries, address any niggles & complement other fitness training. This is also pregnancy-friendly.

Rock Fitness & Yoga offers a bespoke Personal Training service, from a private Health Club in Bexleyheath, Kent, or from clients’ own homes or nearby parks within the Bexley, Kent area. Nicola specialises in weight management, providing dietary analysis & nutrition advice. Nicola is also particularly experienced in helping clients to overcome back & other musculo-skeletal issues.
Nicola teaches a variety of group fitness classes, in both London & Bexley, Kent area, including Water Works (Aqua), Body Pump, Body Balance, Spinning, Supple Strength, LBT, Sculpt/Conditioning-style classes & Aerobics.
Fitness qualifications include: HND Sports Science, YMCA Exercise to Music, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Nutrition & Weight Management Trainer.
Nicola is a fully insured Level 3 member of Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
As well as teaching yoga in various London & Bexley health clubs, and in secondary schools, Nicola runs her own community-based yoga classes in the Bexley, Kent area, details of which can be found on the schedule page.
For those that prefer Personal Yoga sessions, Nicola can teach up to 3 people, in clients' own homes, in the Bexley, Kent area.
Nicola is qualified to teach Ashtanga ("Power") & Hatha Yoga, following Iyengar alignment, which keeps backs & joints safe. Nicola delivers a dynamic style of yoga, balanced with pranayama (breath work), meditation & relaxation.
Yoga qualifications include:
HYV Yoga Teacher Training - 200hrs (in India), Calm for Kids Teenage Yoga Teacher.
Nicola is fully insured & accredited by the Yoga Alliance.
