Rock Fitness and Yoga is a fitness, yoga and personal training service, based in the Bexley and Kent area, dedicated to progressing the minds and bodies of those who struggle to find the time, giving them all the tools and encouragement needed to achieve their fitness & wellbeing goals.
Whether it's dropping a dress size, overcoming an injury or reducing stress, my mission is to empower people so that they walk away feeling stronger, more in control and ready to tackle whatever life throws at them!
Yoga has allowed me to continue working in the fitness industry, still challenging myself, yet without injury and constant fatigue. The combination of yoga and fitness together has helped many of my clients to be healthier, to perform in sports, to keep up with their young families, and to be in the best shape they can be, both physically and mentally.

Hi, I'm Nicola Rock, a dedicated personal trainer with 19 years experience in the fitness industry and 9 years of teaching yoga.
After years of pushing my body to the limits through martial arts, intensive exercise and working long hours in fitness, one day, my life as I knew it, stopped in its tracks. In 2011, I broke my ankle during a Muay Thai Kickboxing class and this is how Rock Fitness and Yoga came to light. It was whilst rehabilitating my ankle that I really started to appreciate the ancient tradition of yoga - not only was yoga helping to heal my broken ankle, but my mind too.
Within 6 months, I was on a plane to India to learn to teach yoga! I was so convinced of this new path ahead of me that I quit my Fitness Manager job and have been a freelance fitness and yoga instructor ever since! As much as I still love high energy, adrenaline-boosting, kick-ass fitness, for me, taking the time to recharge, recover and restore balance is essential for a healthy lifestyle.
A couple of years later and my husband and I were leading a more balanced lifestyle which is when we started our family. In 2013 my super little Yogi Boy was born and in 2016 my sweet little Yogi Girl came along. They are my sun and moon and my husband is, of course, my Rock!
