As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles that are suitable for everyone! Choose from a range of fun and varied fitness and yoga classes, or let's work together to design your own bespoke personal training and nutrition plan.

ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

DYNAMIC YOGA (MIXED ABILITY)

A Firm favourite, blending Astanga “Power” Yoga and more relaxing elements of Hatha & Yin. Strengthens the body, increases flexibility, improves posture and calms the mind.  

ASTANGA YOGA (INTERMEDIATE)

An invigorating practice, following the Primary Series. Detoxifies and realigns the body, balances the breath and refreshes the mind.  Have water and a towel handy!

ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES

BODY BLITZ (MIXED ABILITY)

A short, sharp mix of bodyweight-only exercise, with frequent cardio blasts thrown in to fire up the metabolism. Boosts fitness and burns fat. High and low impact options offered.

BODY FIX (MIXED ABILITY)

A low impact, total body conditioning that improves muscular endurance, tones the body and stabilises joints. Helps to prevent and overcome over-use or sports injuries. Light dumbbells and resistance bands can be used.

From a private gym in Crayford, near Bexleyheath and Dartford, from clients' own homes or happy to meet in nearby parks within the Bexley/Kent area. 

 

Specialising in weight loss and weight management, providing dietary analysis and nutrition advice. Also experienced in assisting clients to overcome back and other musculoskeletal issues.
