Following the Astanga Primary Series we will work, sweat, focus; release, refresh, and relax!


Bringing together the Astanga elements from our weekly classes, this special class is well suited to regular yogis, who want to delve a little deeper & immerse themselves in their practice.  As well as the physical asana, we will enjoy some pranayama (breath work), guided meditation & round things off with some herbal tea & yoga chit-chat!

This class takes place in the gorgeously welcoming studio at The Mill, Bexley Village & costs £20.  We have spare yoga mats, blocks & belts, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.  Loose or stretchy comfy clothing, perhaps a hand towel & a water bottle would be a good idea too!.
