FREE BEGINNERS YOGA COURSE
STARTING MONDAY 29TH MARCH
Have you wanted to try yoga before but worried you weren't bendy enough?
Are you experiencing stress lately, so looking for an outlet?
Do you feel self-conscious exercising in a room full of people?
Perhaps you've had a break from yoga and would like to ease your way back into your practice?
Maybe you currently enjoy regular yoga classes, but you'd like to try a different style or brush-up on technique?
This FREE 4-week yoga course comprises of twice-weekly 30minute yoga sessions. We will break down a few common poses, take a slow stroll through the sun salutation sequence & explore some simple breath-work. After the class, I'll be happy to stay on and answer any questions, too. Classes happen live, online using Zoom, from the comfort of your own home.
Feel free to book in for Mondays, 6.30 - 7pm and/or the Thursdays, 9.15 - 9.45am - get as much or as little as you like out of this opportunity!
